We work closely with clients to deliver a wide range of high-quality building and renovation projects in Kingston, Richmond and South West and Central London, and Surrey. Core to our ethos is having a collaborative, customer-centric service with an emphasis on attention to detail, considered design solutions and high-quality materials and suppliers.
As business partners we bring over 30 years experience in the building industry to Pace, and have worked together for close to 10 years. Based near Ham Common, we take immense pride in enhancing the properties and communities in which we live and work.
We both retain personal oversight of every project. Andy leads on all aspects of Pace’s client and project management, and Vas directs Pace’s day-to-day operations during live projects.
This approach makes sure that at Pace, our clients are consistently delighted by the exemplary quality of our work, the high standard of our customer service and the visible consideration we give to our clients’ and their neighbours’ homes during renovation and building works.
